No. The AI runs inside Agent Pro — generators, Brand Voice polish, draft rewrites, and lead-reply suggestions all work with no outside account. A ChatGPT or Claude account is only useful if you want to take the optional AI Expansion Prompts (from the Content Calendar and AI Prompt Library) and research a topic even deeper on your own.

Yes — Agent Pro is month-to-month with no contract. You can cancel any time from your Gumroad account, and you keep Pro access through the end of the billing period.

Codes look like AGP-XXXX-XXXX. Create a free account (or log in if you already have one), then go to /activate-pro, paste the code, and your account upgrades to Pro instantly. Codes are one-time use and stay tied to your account on every device.

You can browse and try the free tools right away, but a free account is how you keep things: it saves your content, ties your plan to you instead of one browser, and is required to activate Pro or redeem an access code. Sign up with your email, click the verification link we send, and you're set.

Everything you create is private to your account and stored on Agent Pro's servers. We don't sell or share your content, and neither we nor OpenAI use it to train AI models. See our privacy policy for details.

The current generators are tuned for residential listings, leads, and content. Many Brand Voice and follow-up tools work fine for commercial too, but specialty commercial outputs (offering memorandums, cap-rate analysis, etc.) aren't included yet.

It catches the most common red-flag phrases and steering language, but it's not a substitute for your broker's compliance review or legal counsel. Treat it as a strong second pair of eyes, not a get-out-of-jail-free card.
