1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Agent Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Agent Pro is a real estate communication platform that helps agents create marketing materials, follow-up sequences, content calendars, and other professional content. The Service combines structured, template-based content generators with artificial intelligence. For many features (primarily on the paid Pro plan), Agent Pro generates and refines content for you by sending the inputs you provide to a third-party AI provider (OpenAI) on your behalf and returning the result within the Service. For many of these features, generated outputs are automatically checked to help preserve key facts you provide — such as prices, addresses, and dates — though this safeguard does not apply to every feature, and you remain responsible for reviewing all output before use. Other features provide ready-to-use prompts that you may choose to copy into external AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.

By using AI-assisted features, you acknowledge that the inputs you submit for those features are processed by OpenAI, acting as a subprocessor, in order to generate your output.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Subscription Plans

Agent Pro offers both free (Starter) and paid (Pro) subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue through the end of your billing period.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Content generated using Agent Pro is for your use. You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and the outputs you generate. Agent Pro does not claim ownership of your generated content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of fair housing laws, advertising regulations, or any applicable local, state, or federal laws governing real estate practice.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Agent Pro does not guarantee that generated content will be compliant with all real estate regulations. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before use.

8. Limitation of Liability

Agent Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
